Changing columns is a decision on the operational status of the deal. CRM AI Pro requires a confirmation of the passage, also available through routes that can be used by telephone or keyboard.
Move a card with confirmation
- Open Pipeline with an authorized profile and locate the correct deal.
- Drag the card to an active phase and read the summary with current phase and destination.
- Use Commit and Save only if the change is correct; Cancel or the Esc key aborts without saving.
- Reread the position and history: the operation updates the phase and records the activity, without sending messages or changing other commercial values.
Move a stage from your phone or keyboard
- Open the affected tab and locate the Move Phase command.
- Choose your destination and review the summary of the proposed change.
- Confirm and save only the authorized change; if the record has changed reload it and reevaluate the data.
- Check the new phase and consider probability, amount and open or closed status separately.
Putting this into practice
Before confirming the move, open the reference and check the target phase. After the action, re-read the card and the relevant history.
