Data and purposes
Technical systems process IP addresses, page requests, dates and times, browser information and security logs to deliver and protect the website. This processing relies on the legitimate interest in keeping the service available and secure, respecting users’ rights.
When you submit a contact form, email us or request a demonstration or quotation, we process the identification and contact details and information you provide to answer your enquiry and take pre-contractual steps at your request. Contact form enquiries are saved in a private WordPress area and may be notified to our commercial mailbox. They do not subscribe you to a newsletter. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
If you use an account or paid service, we process access, contact, contractual, billing and subscription information to perform the contract and meet legal obligations. Not providing necessary information may prevent us from handling the request or service. Consent to optional services remains voluntary.
Cookies and external video
Technical cookies support requested functions and remember consent choices. Website statistics and WooCommerce marketing attribution are disabled. YouTube and Vimeo videos are optional and load only after consent. You may refuse or change your choice using Privacy preferences without losing access to text content. See our Cookie Policy.
Recipients and international transfers
Information is accessible to the controller and authorised personnel for their tasks. Hosting, maintenance, email and other service providers may process information in the roles required by applicable law. Data may be disclosed to authorities when legally required. Email notifications use Register.it’s authenticated SMTP service. For payments and the Stripe subscription portal, consult Stripe’s privacy policy. Do not send full payment card details by email.
Loading an external video connects to YouTube/Google or Vimeo and shares technical information, such as your IP address. These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards and conditions applicable to their services. Read Google’s privacy policy and Vimeo’s privacy policy before allowing video loading. You can avoid the connection by withholding consent.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for the time needed to handle the request and follow-up. Contractual and accounting information is retained to meet legal obligations and protect rights. Technical logs are kept proportionately to operational and security needs; incident evidence may be retained for investigation and legal protection. Consent preferences follow the periods stated in the Cookie Policy and can be changed at any time.
Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, object to processing and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
