A review request is clearer when it stays connected to the document and the step you need to complete. Comments and workflows help maintain context and understand what action is still needed.
Comment on a document
- Select the document and open Comments.
- Write a precise indication in the message field and press Add.
- Check that the text appears in the list. When available, use edit or delete your comments.
- Avoid superfluous personal data: the message must be used for work on the document and can be read by those authorized to access it.
Documentary workflows
- The workflow must be set up and associated with the subscription by an authorized administrator.
- During loading, activate Workflow and choose one of the available paths. Don’t select a flow without knowing its participants and steps.
- Open the Workflow detail of the document to consult the status and actions allowed for your account.
- Before approving or rejecting, check the document, version and passage. Then check the resulting status.
Putting this into practice
For a draft to approve, write observations referring to recognizable points and check the status of the route. A comment describes a comparison; the workflow step documents the expected progress.
