An effective search starts with what you know: name, classification, context or content. In AirDoc it is best to progressively narrow down the criteria and verify the document found before using it in your work.
Simple and advanced search
- Enter the text in the header search and start the search.
- Check the results: they are filtered according to accesses. Open the desired content from the result or select it for detail.
- Open the advanced search to refine the available criteria, such as type, tag and size. Apply filters with the expected command.
- To start again, delete or reset the filters and return to browsing. If you don’t find a file, check the name, tags, context and permissions with the contact person.
Search the contents of documents
- Open the search and choose the path dedicated to the content of Standard documents.
- Insert significant words and limit the context to the documents you are authorized to consult.
- Read the results and open the source document, keeping the reference to the correct version.
- If the service indicates partial coverage, use Continue and consider the documents unprocessable before concluding that a word is missing.
Putting this into practice
To find a contract, combine available references instead of relying on a very common word. Searching the content depends on the document mode and available processing.
