Dashboards and editorial priorities
- Open the Dashboard and read the To Approve, Scheduled, Published, Simulated and Error counters.
- Open the counter for the job to be done to go to the list of corresponding contents.
- Compare upcoming activities with the status of channels, distinguishing Simulation mode from LIVE mode.
- Open the latest errors when they appear and prioritize fixes before new releases.
Active contents and editorial reserve
- Open a piece of content and check the Active option in the calendar.
- Keep active the elements that need to participate in the current schedule.
- Disable the option to keep content as a backup without committing it to normal scheduled execution.
- Save and recognize the word Reserve in the list; Before using it again, update the date and revision.
Daily routine of the editorial manager
- Open the Dashboard and check for errors, upcoming tasks and messages to approve.
- Review the calendar and complete texts and media of the day’s contents.
- Approve authorized exits after checking each channel’s account and mode.
- At the end of the cycle, compare the states with the logs and note the corrections still to be completed.

At the start of the day, check for errors and content to approve, then check your calendar appointments. Maintain a usable reserve without confusing it with the active plan.
