Programming works best when the content has finished reviewing. If a substantial change arrives later, you need to check the status and return the post to its intended path before leaving it outbound.
Approve and schedule content
- Open a Draft or To Be Approved content and re-read the text, date, media and channel.
- Check the configured account and whether the channel works in Simulation or LIVE.
- Use Approve and Schedule when the message is ready and the time is correct.
- Find the content among the Scheduled and in the calendar; it will be evaluated by the scheduler when the scheduled time arrives.
Report content for review
- Open the message and check the current status before taking action.
- Use Return to Review when available to stop the planned path and review the content.
- Correct the text, average, or time and add a note explaining the change.
- Repeat approval when message is ready; returning to review does not delete a post already present on the social platform.
Putting this into practice
For a last minute fix, check copy, media and scheduled time. After revision, check that the final state really corresponds to the editorial intent.
